Building from the no. 1, Mount Nelson Hotel black tea connects MNH with the world, having been the most iconic in history of tea in Africa, the black tea makes direct links to some of the most influential tea plantations in the world, namely Kenya, India, Sri Lanka and China, together with iconic roses. The directions behind the no. 2 is to extend that connection to South Africa. This time, to Rooibos, Honeybush and Mesquite and Apple. It is a more playful, full of vitality and caffeine-free. The tea is creamy from the baked Mesquite from The Great Karoo of South Africa, grassy tasting and filled with vitality with green rooibos from the Western Cape and green honeybush from Eastern Cape. Cederberg apples are added to couple with the sweetness of the blend. Not forgetting the roses, the pink and floral fragrance keeps the elegant energy of the hotel and it's history alive. Excellent with apple juice and great served as iced tea!
